Sublet until late Nov - great Camberwell location

Hello!

We are looking for someone to move in with us from ASAP until 22 November. The room costs £890 per month plus bills (approx £85-100 a month)

Double room in the basement with deep light well and glass door. Room comes with double bed, wwardrobe and additional furniture.

The flat is in a great location, tucked away towards the end of residential road but 5 minutes from central Camberwell where you can find numerous supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants. Numerous parks within 10 minute walk.

The house has a long open-plan living room and kitchen.
The living room is really spacious, with a dining table at one end and the sofas and tv at the other. We also have a decent size garden which we are hoping to spruce up this year.

Another housemate (Fin, and cat) will likely be leaving us in
April. Myself (Cian) and Max will be staying, whilst our new housemate Lewys is moving in at the end of Jan.

On evenings we tend to hang out home, trying to get better at cooking whilst we watch whatever sport is on the TV. The open plan nature of the living space means it's quite social which is great :)

We're often out at the weekends, either together or individual plans at parks / pubs / restaurants / clubs. We enjoy doing the classics such as going to the pub for some Guinness, listening to music, watching films etc etc.

We're looking for new housemates who share similar interests. We currently have a good dynamic between doing things together as a house, and also enjoying spare time with our separate friendship groups, so hope we can find someone who enjoys that same balance.

You can get to most parts of London by bus from stops within 5 minute walk. Denmark Hill Overground & Train Station is less than 10 minutes walk and Loughborough Junction Train Station is less than 15 minutes walk. Closest tube stations are Oval and Brixton which are just over a mile away.
