Looking for a mature person to live in small flat to share.
The flat is in a high-rise, on the 7th floor, with a lift. It's had a large double bedroom. It's £150, including Bills.
The bedroom has a double bed, a fitted wardrobe and two cupboards. (No sitting room).
Also amenities such as cooker, washing machine, microwave, and internet connection is available. Bath but No Shower.
It's 3 mins walk to buses and 8 minutes walk to the Underground Station.
Preferably a respectful male, who is fairly clean and tidy. It's important you have a job, during the day or a student.
Also I'd like someone who's polite, honest, fairly quiet, friendly and independent, in a relaxed environment. (It's not a place where you bring noisy house guests in and out)..
Sharing with 2 people (one person a female is away at the weekends). and they are not a couple.
