3 storey town house with 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets, separate living room and kitchen, garage for storage, driveway with parking and a back garden with BBQ.

Currently there’s 2 of us living here, I own the house (Saoirse) and Louis rents a double bedroom.

There’s also my cat, called Bonny.

The single room available is cosy, it has just been redecorated, there’s USB charging, it has a single built-in bed with drawers underneath, desk, wardrobe and shelves. It’s on the third floor and there’s a lovely view looking directly into mature trees.

All bills are included, fast WiFi, a fortnightly professional clean of common areas, gas and electricity.

I am flexible on the monthly rent due, dependent on how many days you’d like to stay per week.

4 nights per week- £550 per month
3 nights per week- £500 per month

10min walk to Denmark Hill station which has direct links to Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross and Victoria.

Kings College Hospital and Camberwell College of Arts are both 5min walks.

Morrisons supermarket is a 2min walk from the house, along with Nando’s, corner shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs.
