A room has become available in our lovely 3 bed flat. Our housemate and friend is moving out to go travelling, so we are looking to find someone to sublet until November with the possibility of extension. We are flexible on start dates but ideally looking around mid August.
It’s a good size room with plenty of storage and comes with a desk if needed for WFH.
The flat has a spacious open plan living room/lounge which is great for hosting! Flat has all the standard amenities but gets bonus points for: dishwasher, bike storage and great shower pressure, which we feel is essential.
We have access to a large communal garden with outdoor furniture which is great in the summer. Location is residential and quiet but only a few minutes from Camberwell/Peckham/East Dulwich. There is available parking outside.
You’ll be living with James (31) and Mike (31), 2 mates originally from Devon but now residing in London.
James works in tech (3 days a week from home) and is into community radio, music, cooking and all things active: cycling, running and gym.
Mike works as a physio in the NHS who’s into managing his Monday 7-a-side team, job jobse boiler room sets and anything involving the sun
The flat has a strong communal vibe and the guys enjoy having people over, hosting dinners and hanging out on the comfiest sofa in SE5. They like a nice blend of wholesome activities mixed in with the occasional dance.
The flat is an 8 minute walk to either East Dulwich or Denmark hill overground stations with quick links then to London Bridge, Blackfriars or Victoria. Nearest tube is about a 10 minute lime bike to either Brixton or oval. Lots of bus routes at the end of the road: 40, 176, 185. Very close to a big sainos and Ruskin park!
