I’m moving early may and I’m looking for someone to replace me for the rest of my tenure (could potentially continue upon discussing with the property contractor). I currently live on the bottom floor of a 4 bedroom house (1M + 2F other very lovely housemates). The bills are not included but we have a package set up already and you would just have to take my place. Very accessible via public transport in a very residential and safe area. Loads of supermarkets, charity shops and cornet shops available in less than a 10 minutes walk.
