Available for rent is 1 ground floor bedroom with doors going into the back garden which is brilliant for summer and also lets in lots of natural light. Comes furnished with double bed+mattress, desk, clothes rails, drawers, shelves, rug. The landlords are also very amenable and are always happy to add what you need!

Kitchen is fully decked out (washing machine, dryer, two fridges, dishwasher etc).

Pet friendly property - there are two cats living but mainly stay in their owners' rooms, but if you have a pet you are more than welcome to bring it!

Contract is until September with an option to stay on, but if you are looking for short term please be aware of the change in rental laws in May 2026!.
