We are offering a comfortable double room in our home, ideal for a tidy and respectful woman.

The room comes furnished with a single bed, desk, chair, and clothes rail. Please note that additional storage can be arranged by the tenant if needed.

You will have use of a bathroom located in the corridor, which will be used almost exclusively by you as we have our own ensuite bathroom. We will only occasionally need access to the bathroom in order to access the utility area (washing machine) which is located within this space.

We also have a lovely large patio area with seating, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some outdoor space.

*About us:*
We are a quiet, respectful couple. I work from home, and my husband works from the office three times a week. We keep a very clean and peaceful home environment and are looking for someone who values the same.

- Within 1 minute walk to bus stop with multiple routes into central London.

- Oval station 15 minutes walk or Elephant station 10 mins by bus

No shoes indoors
No overnight guests
Daytime visitors allowed occasionally with notice
