We have a large bedroom with a shower en-suite available in a 3 bedroom terraced house.

The house is very close to a park, and a 5 minute walk from Camberwell High Street with lovely cafes, bars and shops.

The house includes a spacious living room, a kitchen with all the usual facilities you'd expect (microwave, toaster, nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, cooker, fridge and freezer), 3 bathrooms and outside patio area.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes. Rooms are for single person and not couples.. Rent does not include council tax, water, and energy bills. 

There’s a bus stop outside the house that will take you to directly to Elephant & Castle a London. And Denmark Hill train station is a 15 minute walk with connections to Shoreditch and Clapham Common is 1 stop and 5 mins away.
