We’re looking for someone who wants to make a home out of the space, contribute to keeping the house clean and tidy, is respectful, kind, and enjoys socialising, from cosy movie nights to dinner parties 🕺

- The room is a beautiful cosy space available from 22nd April
- Comes with a double bed, a massive desk, office chair, and lots of built-in storage space (as well as under-bed storage)
- Min 6 months contract, rolling afterwards

💰 Rent is £800pcm, with bills around £60-90 per month plus a bi-weekly cleaner (£8.50pp every two weeks)

- The house is a big Victorian family home over multiple floors
- 7 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (plus an en-suite)
- Comes with a lovely garden, large living room, massive kitchen and a spare room / laundry space 👩🏻‍🍳
- We have been putting a lot of love into making the common spaces homey, so are looking for someone who would love to contribute to it 🛋️

- You’ll be living with 6 of us - myself, Charlotte, Jamie, Ben, Cam and Maz
- We’re all professionals working in a mix of creative industries, civil service, sports and recruitment
- We’ve all become friends, are sociable and always down for a chat over dinner, a board game, movie night, pub trip, run or bike ride 🍜
- Love the occasional going out, having friends over, impromptu flat dinners and parties but overall it’s a very relaxed, homey and quiet place⚡️

🌿 The area 🌿
- The house is on a quiet residential street between Camberwell and Peckham, a really buzzy area that gets the best of both neighbourhoods with loads going on
- Endless supply of pubs, cafes, shops, community spaces, gyms, carboot sales, parks, art galleries around, and some of the best food in London right on your doorstep
- 2 min walk from Toad Bakery and Cafe Mondo, dangerously delicious on the weekends 🥐
