My flatmates moving in with her bf so looking to let her lovely room! It’s opposite Myatts Field Park in Camberwell in a small block. There’s also a little green space out the back of the flats.
Looking for someone who also wants a flat to feel nice and homely, would be nice to have occasional flat dinners etc.
Move in date is the 8th of July. There might be small flex to move in a couple of days before but no later.
The room is £790pm and bills are about £150 on top of that. The deposit will be just under £400.
The rent is due an increase in August so would anticipate the room being £840 - £890 after the first month.
The rent has only been increased a couple of times since my flatmate moved in 6yrs ago and only by £50 the last time. The landlord is pretty reasonable and wouldn’t expect it to be a significant increase.
The room comes with the bed and wardrobe. She’s happy to leave the desk and rail if wanted ☺️
