Nice room in a chill flat

Hello hello,

I have a double room going in a lovely, sunny wee flat in Camberwell/Peckham. (Equidistant between Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye overground stations, round the corner from SLG gallery and Toad Bakery).

The room has a lot of natural light, overlooks a shared building garden and is partially furnished with a wardrobe and table (it will be in need of a bed).

The flat itself is partially furnished, some stuff (TV, couch, some shelves and possibly a table) is staying, but will be in the process of adding new furnishings myself or in tandem with a new flatmate. It's also pretty decent for noise insulation.

The landlords are relatively nice and reasonable (not going through an agency ATM), in the case you wanted the room - they'd want to put your name through Openrent. They would pay the fees.

As for me - hello I'm Amir! I work in TV drama, I'm WFH a couple of days of the week, I like films/TV, writing, photography, gaming, exercise, a wee dance and drawing. As a flatmate, i'm pretty relaxed and try to be respectful of communal areas. It'd be good to find someone I've got shared interests with, chat with and maybe watch films with (whilst also doing my own solo stuff too etc etc).

Up for viewings from next week, would love to hear from ya.
