Camberwell - Double Room with Private En-Suite

Looking for the right person to move into the flat in the next month.

The flat is a modern new-build development (around 4 years old) in SE5 and would be shared with just myself. The room is a good-sized double with its own private en-suite bathroom and comes unfurnished, apart from built in wardrobe already in the room. The bedroom also has enough space for a desk/WFH setup.

The flat has an open-plan shared living/dining/kitchen space, modern appliances and a calm, homely atmosphere.

Right next to Burgess Park, and some really great local coffee shops. There is a large rooftop garden, ideal for drinks and relaxing now the weather is warming up.

A bit about me:
I’m a working professional and usually work from home 2–3 days a week, heading into the office for the rest. I’m fairly social but also value having a relaxed, tidy space to come home to. Looking for someone similar who is respectful, easygoing and independent.
