We have two double bedrooms available in our beautiful house in Camberwell, Flaxman Road. The tenancy will be from July 13th 2026 - September 13th 2026. Half of us are students and the other half are professionals. The house is great, we have a shared kitchen and living room area, a terrace and garden so lovely in the summer, 3 bathrooms, laundry room with washer and dryer.

The house is fully furnished and all bedrooms will have a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair. All the bedrooms available for sublet are a really good size, nice and spacious. BOTH ROOMS ARE £890 PCM BILLS AND WIFI INCLUDED.

We don't have pets but sometimes the neighbours cats visit the garden :)

Happy to welcome anyone looking for a place in London over the summer months. The house is a two minute walk from Thameslink at Loughborough junction, via thameslink 5 minutes to Elephant and castle, 10 minutes to Blackfriars, 15 minutes to Farringdon and 20 minutes to Kings Cross. Brixton underground station is a 15 minute walk from the house easy access to the Victoria Line. Lovely parks around, Ruskin park and Max roach park.
