We’re looking for two lovely new housemates to join our spacious, relaxed and friendly 4-bed garden home in Camberwell 💛

📍Location & Transport
🚆 7 min walk to Loughborough Junction (direct trains to Blackfriars, Farringdon & King’s Cross)
🚇 15 min walk to Denmark Hill Overground
🚶🏽‍♂️ 17–20 min walk to Brixton & Stockwell
🚌 Bus stops into central London 5–10 mins away

The area feels calm and residential while still being really well connected. Bookshop, record shop, garden centre, restaurants, cafes and pubs just 10-15 mins walk away as well as Lidl, Tesco, Morrisons and Superdrug.

🛏️ Large Double: £1040 + bills (~£115)
A bright and generously sized room with huge windows and lots of natural light. Located on the top floor, sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. The bed and wardrobe come with the room, and any additional furniture you see in the ad is available to buy from the current housemate.

🛏️ Small Double: £850 + bills (~£115)
A cosy, light-filled room with space for a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also on the top floor, sharing the bathroom with one other housemate. Most furniture seen in the pics can be left if wanted, as only the bed officially comes with the room.

👋 Meet the housemates! You’ll be living with:

Abhi (29): works at a human rights non-profit and loves live music, galleries, reading, writing, running and yoga.

Yo (30): railway project manager who loves music, travel, festivals, cooking and sports (especially hockey).

We’re sociable and easy-going, but we also really value having a calm, comfortable home where everyone can properly unwind.

👀 Who We’re Looking For
We’d love to find housemates who are:
✨ Very clean and considerate
✨ Working professionals or postgrad/PhD students (ideally 25+, but flexible)
✨ Friendly and sociable while still respecting personal space
✨ Looking for a genuine home rather than just somewhere to crash.
✨ Looking to stay long-term (at least one year)
