This is a spacious double room in a peaceful flat that's perfect for someone who values a clean, relaxed, and friendly living environment. We like having the occasional chat over a cup of tea, sharing a laugh about our day, and creating a warm atmosphere at home, while also respecting each other's space .
Rent: £900 per month
Bills: Variable, usually bringing the total monthly cost to around £1,025–£1,050
Deposit: 900£ Paid directly to David, the current flatmate who is moving out
