We’re looking for a working professional in their twenties to join our flat in Camberwell. Move-in date is flexible, with the potential to sublet initially.

Rent is £938pcm excluding bills. We are also open to a short term summer sublet for July and Aug for £950 all bills included with the possibility to move onto the tenancy from Sept!

About us:

We’re two mates who met at university down in Cornwall and now live together in London.

I’m Jasper, 24, and work as an engineer in renewables.

Gabriel, 24, works as a marketing and production manager in the photography industry.

We’re both pretty social and enjoy a good pub trip, having mates over now and then, but equally we both do our own thing and keep the flat very relaxed. We're looking for someone who's clean, easy-going, would slot in naturally, and is after a relaxed, sociable place to live.

About the property:

The flat is right by Myatt’s Fields in Camberwell, within walking distance of supermarkets, shops and some of the best pubs and restaurants in London.

The property comes furnished and has a big open plan kitchen/lounge area that’s great. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. There’s also a communal garden with bike storage to enjoy.

We really like the vibe here and are planning to stay for the foreseeable.
