Double Room in SE5 With All Bills Included

We have a lovely bright double room available in our very clean, friendly, comfortable house. It is a three-storey, 5 bedrooms’ house with a fully equipped kitchen including a washing machine, dyer, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. We also have a separate lounge, three bathrooms (one en-suite) and a nice garden where the sun shines in the morning where you can have breakfast or dinner.

Our house is very international, and an ideal place to meet new people and make new friends – ideal if you’re new to London. The house is very well located, we are just a short 5 minutes bus ride from Elephant Castle. The bus stop is within 2 minutes from our front door and there you would have at least 7 choices of buses going to Central London via Elephant Castle tube station (Zone 1).

The rooms come fully furnished with double beds, big wardrobes, chest of drawers, tables, chairs, pictures, mirrors, shelves, etc. We do not provide all the bedding such as (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

Rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence), wireless broadband Internet and a professional cleaner who comes around once a week.

You don’t have to pay any extra.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’ rent in advance to secure the room which is part of your deposit.

When you decide you want to leave you just need to give us one-month notice.
