I am sadly leaving London so a room is available in this 3 bedroom maisonette (upper floor or a two story house).

Location: very well connected, 10 min walk to Thameslink at Loughborough Junction. <10 mins to Denmark Hill. 23 min walk to Brixton station for Victoria line (or 5 mins on the bus).

A new kitchen was fitted 6 months ago, built in dishwasher, freezer and 2 x fridges so plenty of space. Communal TV, microwave and Dyson etc.

You will be living with two independent, social, and overall lovely people! Good vibes in the house and everyone keeps it clean.

Stef: Early 30’s, Irish, recently started a new job that takes her internationally for a couple of weeks at a time. Otherwise works hybrid when in the UK.

Eddie: around 30. Works in sales, hybrid but generally goes into the office. Super friendly and social. Trained chef and very generously cooks all the time (and always shares!).

The room:
Fitted deep wardrobes, fitted desk. Enough space for a double bed.

Cost: rent is £940 per month (bills come to approx £60/month). Council tax is paid for so is included in the rent cost (£180/month).

I was working at the hospital but now have a contract out of London which is the reason for the move.

Move in date 1st August with 1 month rent as the deposit.
