Cozy room in Camberwell

Room available in a friendly maisonette in Camberwell – £800 per month, sadly I’m moving to move in with my partner !!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely room in our maisonette in Camberwell.

The room is cosy, clean and fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom is right next to the room, which is really convenient. There are 2 bathrooms along with 2 showers in the property.

You’ll be living with three lovely girls who are all really friendly and easy to get along with. We all have our own lives, but we also enjoy spending time together in the shared kitchen and living room, whether that’s cooking, chatting or catching up after work. It’s a really nice balance of being sociable while also respecting each other’s space and privacy.

The location is one of the best things about living here. Loughborough Junction station is just a 3-minute walk away, Denmark Hill is around 10 minutes on foot, and Brixton station is only about 15 minutes away, so getting around London is really easy.

Camberwell is such a great area to live in. It’s vibrant without feeling too busy, with lots of brilliant cafés, restaurants and pubs nearby. There’s also a beautiful park within walking distance with a lake and a sauna, which is perfect for a walk, a swim or just relaxing.

We’re looking for someone who is clean, friendly and considerate, and who wants to be part of a welcoming home rather than just rent a room.
