Room for rent right next to Myatt's Field Park

I am very sadly letting go of my room in this lovely flat in Camberwell, right next to Myatt's Field Park as I am moving in with my partner. The flat is in a beautiful historic building, 3m high ceilings, plenty of storage space and a king sized bed.

There is a shared living room with a huge sofa, an equipped kitchen and a big bathroom with a bathtub.

The building faces Myatt’s Field Park, a beautiful park voted one of the top 10 in the whole country (!!). The park has tennis courts and football pitches that are available to rent from the council.

The building has a porter, so you will never miss a package again!

In terms of transport, you’re 15mn walk from Oval tube, 15mn from Stockwell and 10mn from Loughborough Junction. It takes about 20 minutes to cycle into the City and 15 to Whitehall. Cycle routes very easy.

You will be living with George, 28, pupil barrister. I've known George since 2021 and can vouch for him as an excellent person to live with (if you can cope with living with an Arsenal fan). Very tidy, and we get a cleaner to come every two weeks. We generally keep to ourselves but sometimes watch a film together on the projector in the living room.
