A furnished room is becoming available in our friendly 4-bedroom house. It's ideal for a professional looking for an affordable, relaxed place to call home.

Room is available from 14th August and you need to go on the lease, but the date can be flexible (earlier) if need be.

About us:
We're a friendly, easy-going household. We enjoy a chat and the catch-up to watch shows when everyone's around, but we all have our own lives and respect each other's space too.

You'll be living with Ella, a friendly professional in her late 20s, and we're currently looking for new housemates for a couple of the other rooms too. If you and a friend are both looking, let us know!

Rent: £820 per month (plus bills which come to about £100 per month.

We deal with the landlord directly who is relaxed and friendly.

We are less than 10 minutes walk from Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill for National Rail to Victoria, Farringdon, Blackfriars and Kings Cross, the Windrush line from Denmark Hill and a short bus to Brixton for the Victoria line or Oval for the Northern line.
