Double room in Camberwell, SE5 | Sharing with one female professional 

Hello! I'm looking for a lodger to stay during the week only, whether that's Tues-Thurs or Mon-Fri or something in between. 

£900 PCM inclusive of bills - Monday to Friday. Negotiable if you’d like come for a shorter period.

THE ROOM
Sunny and bright room, fully furnished with a double bed with linen bedding. 

Full length mirror and wardrobe, bedside table with lamp. 

Desk & chair should you wish to do some work at home. 

Please note: on very occasional weekends, I'll have family or friends to stay in your room, and I'll always give you at least a week's notice. You're welcome to leave your things in the room while you're away, or take them with you if you'd rather. 

THE FLAT 
My flat is lovely and spacious, with a balcony that gets the sun until the early afternoon. 

It’s a two bed flat with a giant combined sitting room, dining room and kitchen, big green sofa and two armchairs. TV includes Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV. Fully equipped kitchen with all pans and crockery, electric hob, air fryer, dishwasher and washing machine. 

The bathroom is shared and includes a bath with shower. 

ME
I’m 37 and work in PR, in Farringdon. 

I work from home Monday and Friday only, and will be around some evenings but spend a lot of them out with family and friends / running or gymming / at my boyfriend’s place. 

I like a mixture of going out and socialising, and having a cosy night in with pasta and a Gu pot (and probably also a wine). Would like someone who feels at home here and wants to watch TV or have a chat in the evenings, but also respects each other’s space. 

TRAVEL

15 min walk to Denmark Hill station for the overground and Thameslink 
7 min walk to buses heading everywhere - they are super useful! Going direct they take 11 mins to Oval, 15 mins to Elephant & Castle, 12 mins to Peckham, 12 mins to Vauxhall
