Room in middle of Camberwell

Flat on Valmar Road which is a 10 min walk to Denmark Hill station and the beautiful Ruskin Park and a very short walk from some amazing pubs like Kerfield Arms, Grove and Camberwell Arms as well as all of Camberwell’s amazing restaurants and cafes

Currently living with 2 girls called Marina and Laragh. Marina is Spanish and an artist and Laragh is Irish and works at the Kerfield Arms (lots of leftovers in the fridge from a Michelin starred pub…). They are both lovely, really friendly and very clean and tidy.

They would like someone who is of similar age to them (31), is clean and tidy, looks after their space and the communal space and someone who is nice and gets on with them both. We all get on but there’s no pressure to do everything together.

The room is quite small however has great storage, a desk, a comfy double and is very light from a big window. The best part is it is cheap and in an amazing location… you don’t usually get to live in the middle of Camberwell for just over 800 quid.
