Double room in Camberwell available from October

My flatmate Rachel is sadly moving out of our lovely Camberwell flat at the beginning of October to live with her partner, so there is a room going in our 2 bed flat!

About the flat:

* 2 bed, 1 open plan kitchen / living room and 1 bathroom
* Communal garden and bike storage
* Close to some lovely parks - 10min to Ruskin Park and Myatt’s Fields is basically next door🌳
* 10 minute walk to Loughborough Junction station (overground)🚝
* 15 minute walk to Denmark Hill station (overground)🚝
* 20 min walk to Stockwell and Oval underground stations (Northern and Victoria line)🚊
* 15 minute walk to Camberwell Green (buses into central London, shops, pubs etc)
* Rent: £940pcm + approx £100 bills
* The flat is in a converted pub (no longer a pub!) = high ceilings in the living room and a cosy cottagey feel 🏡

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and potentially the chest of drawers (can be discussed).

The rooms are cosy (both the same size), so the lovely shared living space is where me and Rachel spend most of our time chilling, cooking and watching tv together. It’d be ideal for someone who’s up for a friendly, sociable home and enjoys keeping things really clean and tidy.

There isn’t space for a desk in the bedroom or living space so the room would be best suited to someone who’s in the office 4-5 days a week. I work from home 1-2 days a week at the dining table.

About me:

You’d be living with me - 28 years old, from Bristol and working in the Furniture industry in Clerkenwell 🪑 I’m an introverted extrovert who enjoys cooking, pub trips, long walks and (short) runs, creative bits (I recently did a pottery course!), the outdoors, a couple of wines over a deep chat or chick flick and the occasional night out 🍷
