Looking for someone to take over my current housemate’s tenancy in our lovely 2 bedroom flat!

The room is a good sized double, with a shared bathroom, kitchen and cosy living area. It’s in a great location with excellent transport links via Walworth Road and Southampton Way, both just a short walk away. Nearby tube stations and close links into central London. There are also several 24-hour shops nearby.

Since the photos were taken, we’ve added a few more plants, chair covers and some other bits, so the flat feels much warmer and more like a home now which you’ll see in the viewing.

Bills: are roughly £150 with council tax included, this can vary depending on usage.

A little about me: I’m 27, female, and work in operations management within London’s nightlife industry, so I work weekend night shifts. Because of my schedule, I’d love someone who’s respectful of each other’s routines.

I’m easy going, sociable and love a cosy night in with a glass of wine, good food and whatever TV series we’re currently obsessed with. I also have an older cat called Honey, who’s super affectionate, loves a cuddle, and is much more interested in napping than causing chaos.
