Bright room in calm house share

Hey!

I’m moving out of my room In a quiet house share in Camberwell by the end of this week and looking for someone to take over.
I’m moving out as I have found a lower cost option for me but this place is really peaceful to live in!

You’ll be joining a household of 8 other people. This isn’t really a social household although roommates can be social and like to hangout and share a coffee or drink. Everyone has their own life and despite the many people living there , it’s very quiet most of the time and you barely see anyone. The room is situated at the 1st floor and has the view on the garden which is cool.
Rent is 950 £ and bills come up to 100£/month (council tax, electric, gas, Thames water, wifi, weekly cleaning).

Everything is delt with a private landlord.
There are two bathrooms with toilets + another separate toilet , there are 2 kitchens downstairs.
The bed has a very good quality new mattress.
There’s is a cleaning lady that comes once a week.

5min away from a Nisa local shop.
10min from Lidl, Morrisons, coop, and other shops.
Very close to Camberwell Grove which is a very nice area.
Many local pubs , wine bars, restaurants, parks, coffee shops and second hand clothes.
