💗Double Room in Camberwell – Zone 2!💗

We're looking for another young professional girl to join our home in Kennington as our flatmate is moving out at the end of the month (available from 25th August)!
Location: Kennington/ Camberwell

Closest stations: Oval Station (12 mins walk) and Kennington Station (15 mins walk)
Nearby: Lots of green space (4 parks, one of which is literally 2 mins away), a few gyms and pilates studios. Within a 15 minute walk we also have a Lidl, Tesco, Morrisions and a little Co-op closer by too.
⭐ The flat: The flat itself is pretty big for a London flat and is split across three floors with quite a few storage cupboards too. We’re lucky enough to have a balcony and a spacious living room - perfect for dinner parties, tried and tested ;) If you drive there’s parking available right outside the flat!

⭐ The room: The room itself is the smallest of the three, however still comes with a double bed. You'll have access to a large storage cupboard (pictured in image XX), as additional wardrobe space.

⭐Cost: Deposit: The room is £815pcm, with total rent for the flat at £2,500pcm. Bills usually come to £100 per month (but fluctuate due to cozzie livs, £90-110 approx.) The deposit is £961.53 + £50 admin fee for the name change on the new contract

About you
We're looking for a working professional who is clean, considerate, respectful of shared spaces and is happy to do their bit to keep it tidy. As well as someone who’s up for being social and friends not just flatmates, but has their own life going on too! Although the flat had recently been refurbished when we moved in a year ago, we’d love to continue adding colour, plants, artwork, and quirky touches to make it feel like home, and we'd love someone who's excited to add to that too.
The flat is also in SERIOUS need of a restyle, so we’d love someone down to decorate it with us and combine our aesthetics to make it feel like our space. Bonus points if you come with plants!!!!

About us
We like to do our own things and can often be found bed-rotting in our rooms but when we’re not doing that…we like chilling downstairs listening to music, watching movies and the occasional day / night out. We’re in SUCH a sweet spot, so we also love going on lil evening walks together to Camberwell / Brixton / Vauxhall / Battersea / London Bridge / Southwark (gotta get your steps in!)

Janet - I'm 22 and work in film publicity. I love music, cooking, travelling, reformer Pilates and visiting exhibitions.

Faith - I'm 24 and work as a Business Analyst, and I'm looking for a friendly, sociable roommate who enjoys the occasional coffee or pilates class, values their own space, and wants to help create a warm, girly flat that really feels like home.
