The available room is a large, bright and airy double bedroom in a modern flat that’s in excellent condition throughout. The flat is fully furnished and benefits from two bathrooms, a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a spacious open-plan living area, making it a great place to relax or work from home.

The location is great – we’re just off Camberwell High Street, with loads of cafés, pubs (GHT a favourite), restaurants and shops right on the doorstep. Denmark Hill station is only a 10-minute walk away which has quick connections into Central London (11 min to Blackfriars).

Also FYI the flat is professionally cleaned every two weeks, with the cost shared equally between the flatmates, so it’s always kept nice.

About us

You’ll be living with two 26-year-old male professionals. They both work full-time, Rory mostly from home and Nick mostly from the office. They both keep the flat very clean and tidy, and would be looking for someone who did the same.

Also! In terms of move in date: Arjan (the sub letter) is going travelling between jobs, and is looking for the room to be filled from this date. In terms of move out date, he can be flexible but he needs it back by the 29th December.
