💰 Rent is £835 (excluding bills). Bills usually come to less than £100!

📍The house is literally on the doorstep of Burgess Park which is so ideal! Closest tubes are Kennington (15 min walk), Elephant & Castle (20 min walk or 5 min bus) and Denmark Hill (20 min walk or 5 min bus). Also there’s a bus stop right outside which has buses going to most places in London!

🛌 The room comes fully furnished (double bed, wardrobe & chest of drawers) - desk is mine but can discuss about selling it on if you would like!

👥 You’ll be living with four lovely girls who are all working professionals in their early/mid-20s. There’s a perfect balance of being sociable whilst also respecting everyone’s own space & busy schedules! It’s a very relaxed, welcoming house that feels super homely.
