Cozy Double Room to Rent in Camberwell 🏘️

Hello !

After 4 years living in this lovely flat, I'm moving out on my own, and my flatmates and i are looking for someone to replace me.

The flat is over two floors and located in a very cute estate just behind Camberwell Church St, which is both very close to all the shops and bus routes but also cuts us out from the business of the main street.

On the first floor are the three other flatmates rooms and a bathroom.
On the second floor is the living room/kitchen, what would be your bedroom, and a second bathroom ( which would be essentially just for yourself as the other flatmates mostly use the first floor bathroom ).
We also have a small balcony which is really nice in the summer :)
The room is partly furnished and comes with a double bed and small shelf.

The flat is shared with three lovely girls in their late twenties. They are all professionals and two of them work from home a couple days a week.
The vibe in the flat is very homey. Everyone is pretty chill and have their own things going on, but enjoy the occasional hangout having dinner and chatting shit in front of the TV together.

Transport :

Denmark Hill - 15 min walk.
Oval - 30 min walk
Bus connections are also very good to central London and everywhere else - i only ever use the bus to move around from Camberwell !

Bills :

Bills are around 120£ per month. This covers electricity, water, internet, council tax, and a cleaner that comes about once a month for the living room and bathrooms.
Council Tax is band C
