Hello! We are looking for a new housemate to replace me from 1st September. We are four recently-graduated art and humanities students, LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent-friendly, enjoy soft lighting and smooth jazz. You have a choice of two rooms - one is the current living room and larger (second photo, probably £835), the other is smaller and currently a bedroom (third-sixth photos £815), so we can swap the rooms around accordingly. The neighbours are calm and have two cats who visit daily. The bills are around £60 a month, and £50 council tax.
