Cute Room in Camberwell

We are looking for someone to fill one room in our flat in Camberwell as one of our current housemates is moving out. The flat is situated just a 5 minute walk from Camberwell Green, with easy transport links into central London via the bus as well as Denmark Hill Station being a 10 minute walk away for the train and overground.

The flat is over 2 floors with a large balcony/terrace. The free room will be on the upper floor, along with 2 other bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a toilet, bedroom and living/kitchen on the downstairs floor.

The room comes with a bed frame, mattress and wardrobe, but the girl moving out is happy to discuss selling the other furniture in there if interested.

You would be sharing with 3 girls, we're aged between 26 and 28, as well as our 2 year old cat, Tino! We are all super friendly and sociable, most evenings we chill together to watch tv, and often will go to the pub for a couple of drinks on the weekend. We all work in creative fields and have varied schedules in the week but generally none of us work from home.

I have been living in the flat for the past five years and have had a lovely time. The estate agents/landlord are always very responsive and quick to fix issues we have, and the location is ideal with so many different pubs, restaurants and parks within short walking distance.

We're looking for someone who will fit in and socialise with us, as well as help to keep the place neat and tidy as we always try to do.

Rent is £737.50 per month excluding bills, these usually add up to about £70 per month making the full amount around £800, including a cleaner every 2 weeks. (The heating and hot water bill is included with the rent which helps keep bills pretty cheap!)

The room is available from the start of October but some flexibility on the date.
