Double room in 3 bed house in Camberwell

We have a lovely, furnished double room available from October!

🏠 The house is Victorian, spacious, with a good-sized garden (incl sheltered space for bikes), large living room and newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The room has lots of storage space (large built-in double wardrobe) and is at the back of the house overlooking the garden, so is nice and quiet.

🌲 Burgess park is a few minutes walk away for green (ish!!) space, Saturday parkrun, community sauna/cold plunge or tennis! Brunswick and Ruskin Parks are also close by. There’s a Tesco express and gym right round the corner (1 min walk) as well as all that Camberwell has to offer! Great pubs, cafes, bars, restaurants etc etc.

🚌 We’re well connected particularly by bus with a stop 1 minute away. It’s 15 min (or 10 min cycle) to Elephant & Castle or Oval, 10 min bus (or 20 min walk) to Peckham Rye Station. Takes less than 30 mins to get to the city.

👋🏻 Current flatmates are myself (live-in landlord) and my friend Jack, both mid 30s professionals. We’re both active, easy-going and sociable. Love having people over, and the occasional living room karaoke.. but the house is generally a calm space. Looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate :)

Both Jack and I work from home a couple of days a week so this would suit someone who is mostly in the office.
