After 5 years I am leaving my lovely room in Camberwell. The room is in a flat in a terrace house with High ceilings and your own en suite! There is a shared living/kitchen area and a small garden which could be a lovely sun trap with a little love! You will be sharing with Bettina (F29) and Kishan (M32) who both work jobs in the film and TV world.
Bills are not included in the rent but are usually pretty consistent and all in is approx £660 (an absolute steal i know!) Please note the en suite is currently being refurbished so might look a little different than in the photos on the ad.
We are hoping to do viewings the weekend of 29/30 August. Move is is weekend 20/21 September.
