I am moving out of my current room and looking for someone to replace me :)

The double room is very spacious for London standards and has a huuuge closet which is such a perk. The room comes furnished with a double bed frame, mattress, under-bed drawers, bedside table, and mirror (if you want). The flat has two bathrooms, both of which are used by all occupants, but the main bathroom is on the same floor as the bedroom. The kitchen/living area is open plan, with a newly renovated kitchen with lotsss of storage space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob, etc. The flat already has loads of kitchen stuff i. e. plates, cutlery, etc that the flatmates are all happy to share. There is also an outdoor space/balcony which is lovely in the summer.

The flat is located just off of Camberwell High Street, so its super close to tons of nice restaurants, cafes, library, gym, etc. It's very close to multiple bus stops and about a 10 minute walk to Denmark Hill overground station.

You'll be moving in with three girls, all 26-28 year old professionals. They are absolutely wonderful and I've loved living with them for the past year! We would be looking for someone of a similar age, who is also a working professional or older student. Happy for you to be social or keep to yourself, as long as you keep shared spaces tidy!

I love Camberwell and think it is such a hidden gem in London. I loved living in this flat and I'm genuinely only leaving to move in with my partner!

Let me know if you're interested! The flat is officially available 19th September (for rent purposes) but I'm flexible for letting someone in sooner. Rent is £882.50 per month and bills (including council tax) are £120 per month.
