1 bedroom in beautiful house in Camberwell

I am looking for one more person to live in a beautiful house in Camberwell. Price is £1200, negotiable before bills (about £100–£150 per month, but we're applying for council tax exemption, currently E). This is a joint contract. The security deposit for the property is £5,192.30, so about £1380 for this room.

We are all international postgraduate students, and a cat will be living in the house. We are from Mexico, Brazil, and the US, and we're all studying at the UAL, both in Camberwell and in LCC.

The move-in date is Sept 15th, but the contract runs from Sept 1st. You will be paying for the whole month.

The house is currently partially furnished, but we can ask the homeowner for more furniture if needed.

We are looking for a 25–35-year-old, either female and/or LGBTQ person, since the current housemates fit those descriptors. This is a queer and neurodivergent house, and we won't tolerate discrimination towards any of those.

Please keep in mind we are students, and we need to rent from Sept 2026 to Oct 2027, the whole academic year.
