Double room in Camberwell £750 + bills

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to join me and one other girl in a three-bedroom flat on Camberwell Road SE5. The rent is £750 plus bills of ~£150 which includes utilities, WiFi, and shared Netflix!

It’s a double room which is mostly furnished double, including the bed, wardrobe and desk and is available from mid September! The flat has a large open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining table, and TV area. The bus stop is directly outside the flat, with a ~6-min bus to Elephant & Castle (Northern & Bakerloo line).

About me: I am a 27-year-old working in public consultancy and am away with work around 3 days a week at the moment. Megan who is in the second room works for a sexual health charity and is hybrid! The vibe of the flat is relaxed and social, with friends very welcome round whenever, but there aren’t regular parties (just maybe some bday drinks!)

I am looking for someone who is friendly, good communicator, and happy to clean up after themselves. They must be LGBTQ+ friendly!!
