Looking for a new housemate to join us in Camberwell/ Loughborough Junction💞

Our housemate is moving out to live with her boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone to fill her room!

Our landlord has been great and is giving us some flexibility around move-in dates, so we’re happy to work with you. We’re looking at around November time, ideally the first or last weekend of November, or the first weekend of December ⭐️

The room
£1,200 + bills per month (around £120ish)

You’ll have your own en-suite with a shower and sink, there are two additional toilets in the other bathrooms.

Our current housemate owns most of the furniture in the room, but there is a bed, built in draws and a cupboard. So lots of storage. And our landlord is good and buying stuff for the house eg. Desks

So it would be ideal if you already have some furniture/stuff you’d like to bring with you, but not a deal breaker.

A bit about us

I’m Beth, 27, and work in marketing. I’ve lived in London for around five years. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym and workout classes, exploring London and trying new places to eat, and going out for drinks with friends.

I’m Ines, 27, and I work in research in environment and health, I moved from France to London a few months ago. I enjoy getting coffee or drinks with friends, playing board games, being outdoors, hiking and going to the gym.

We’re looking for someone around a similar age who is tidy. We both have our own social lives, but we’d also love someone who’s up for grabbing a coffee or pint together, having a house catch-up or watching a good TV series.
