I'm looking to rent out my double bedroom, as now my husband and I have finally moved in together we need more space. Comes part furnished with a double bed, and in-built wardrobe.
The chest of drawers/mirror/clothes rail are my own and not included.

Sharing with two female working professionals (ages 27 and 29). This is a very quiet, peaceful, and independent household. It is an ideal environment for someone who values their personal space and wants a calm, relaxed home to return to after work, but also wants to share a chat/meal together every so often. Also would like someone who wants to share a clean and tidy home.
