Double bedroom in a part furnished two-bedroom maisonette with a small private patio, in Camberwell near Burgess and Brunswick Park. Denmark Hill is a 15-20 minutes' walk, and there are plenty of bus routes going in all directions (5 minute walk), and it’s on a quiet designated cycle route into central London.

The room

The room is the front bedroom [15'0" x 7'10"], with a double bed and mattress. It's a nice quiet street, there’s not a lot of passing traffic/ noise, as it’s access only. East facing.

The flat

The maisonette is over two floors. Downstairs is a spacious open-plan kitchen, living and dining area. Plenty of storage, corner sofa, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Upstairs are the two double bedrooms and the shared bathroom, with a shower over bath. There's also a separate downstairs WC.

Someone working full-time, professional, who wants a well-located home with a friendly, easy-going and considerate flatmate, who enjoys cooking, relaxing, trying new places to eat and playing tennis (Good courts in Brunswick Park a 5 min walk away). I’m a freelance designer, often working from home.
