Room to Sublet in Camberwell SE5

I'm going travelling for 6-7 months starting 12 January and I am looking to sublet my room :)

Located in Camberwell (SE5), a couple minutes from Burgess Park, it is incredibly well connected with bus routes 68, 42, 468, 148, 171, 12, 176, 40, 35 all less than a 5 minute walk. We have Iceland & a local Sainsbury's less than 5 minutes away and Morrison's + plenty of shops in Camberwell Green & all up Walworth Road. The closest tube station is Oval which is about a 15-20min walk away.

It's a 3 bedroom flat (second floor) with a separate kitchen and living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine & a dryer (we also have a dishwasher, but never use it)

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, dresser & nightstand. I will be removing all of my belongings so the space is fully yours.

Rent is £860/month (with bills included), with a 1 month deposit.

You will be sharing with my 2 lovely flatmates (27-30). We have lived in this flat for a few years now and we are looking for someone 25+, clean & considerate.
