6 month sublet in Camberwell, from Dec 1st - I’m going travelling and looking for someone to fill my room!
Rent is £850pcm and bills are about 100 on top of that every month.
Sharing with 4 but plenty of space - you’ll have your own personal shower room, and share 2 bathrooms and 2 additional toilets, so never need to queue for the bathroom.
Living room, dining area, big garden, studio space, and roof - plenty of space and never feels crowded.
Current housemates are all very friendly and in a range of professions from gardening, ceramics, dance etc. We have the occasional house dinner but aren’t in each other’s pockets. More chill vibe than party house.
Room would suit someone who is clean / tidy and has a stable income!
