Hello! We are two friends looking for a new pal to join the warm energy of our lovely flat in Camberwell (an 8 minute walk from Denmark Hill station). We both love dancing, the arts and queer life in London and are keen to find someone who is keen to see the flat as a collective home 🌈

Details of the flat:
- double bedroom with en-suite
- bedroom partially furnished, including king size bed and mattress, wardrobe and desk
- entry is at 2nd floor level via a staircase (no lift access)
- available from 15th November - dates flexible
- rent £975 per calendar month
- utility bills approx. £150 per month
- initial contract for 6 months, with the intention to continue on a rolling contract thereafter
- flatmates Caz (they/them, age 33) and Movin (he/him, age 31)
- we are working professionals
- ⁠working-from-home kept to a minimum
- ⁠our home is our sanctuary 😇 we love keeping the flat as a peaceful, cosy and tidy energy
