Hey, I'm looking to rent the room out in my flat until the end of the year. There are two if us currently living in a new build apartment block which is right next to burgess park and has easy transport options into central. We're easy to get on with guys who love the place; not to mention Camberwell has been voted 4th coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out magazine!
The room is relatively small so not ideal for working/studying from home. It has a chest of drawers and two wardrobes so plenty of storage.
