I have a double room available in my flat in Camberwell, just south of Burgess Park (SE5 7SE). Recently renovated and great views of London Skyline. No separate living room, but there’s a table and seating in the kitchen. £970 pcm, bills included.
I work in admin for a video studio and I’m also a painter (not a messy one!). I’m pretty chilled, tidy and easy-going, and looking for someone similar. It’s my home, so ideally we’d get along, while respecting each other’s independence. LGB friendly, too!
Ideally looking for someone who doesn’t work from home full-time.
If you’d be interested in seeing the place please let me know and we can arrange a time.
PS. ATM I am in the process of changing my boiler. Pressure failing for showers. Until all that work is done the rent will be £100 less.
