The flat is in a great spot, with the park literally on the doorstep, including tennis courts and a café. The building is gated, and private parking is available.

The room has lots of natural light and plenty of windows, with one side offering great views across London’s Skyline. It comes furnished with a bed, table and other essentials, while still leaving space to bring your own things. The flat also has new radiators, so it stays nice and warm through the winter.

The other bedroom is in the living room, which is more than welcomed to be shared in evenings and such but just to make clear the flat doesn’t technically come with a communal living room.

Will be living with a male in early 30s who works in the arts. A mix of wfh and studios. With it being a small flat obviously some body who is nicely social and more than welcome to use the projector to watch tv/films in my room. But also respects the space.
