Double room Camberwell Church Street

A double room has become available in our flat on Camberwell Church. Right in the heart of Camberwell, just a few doors down from The Stormbird pub, Silk Road restaurant, and, less excitingly, there's a large Morrisons, two Co-ops, a Tesco, a Sainsburys, plus plenty of smaller grocers near by.

Sadly our friend Alex is moving out and we need to replace him. The room is large enough for a double bed, wardrobe and desk. It also has a built in cupboard. Plus a bit of space to move around. Rent is £566.67 per month plus bills and there is a deposit payable to Alex upon arrival. You may also need to sign a contract with the agents (this is about £100) but as the flat is located above the letting shop this is pretty easy to arrange - again, being so close to the agent means things get done.

Our living room/kitchen is fully furnished and we have a large TV plus Sky and broadband (a perk of living with a former member of the Sky team).

John is a film critic, who has just joined Empire magazine and Greg is an actor - he's just finished a run in The Play That Goes Wrong. Both friendly and happy to make new friends.

Bills equate to £52 per month on average in the summer and £62(ish) in winter. Though being above the letting agent comes, we get some free heat when they turn their radiators on. The room is warm. And the house is well kept.
