Rainbow St double bedr'm in great house available

Hi there,

A double bedroom is available in this really beautiful garden house.

There is an open plan kitchen with two fridges, one integrated washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a dining room and living room with garden views. The house is energy efficinet: there is double glazing throughout the whole property and LED lights.

This place is modern, spacious and with plenty of light. There is a large garden.

The bedroom is furnished but no problem if you have your own furniture (I am flexible).

Unfortunately, the bedroom is not suitable for couples.

About the existing tenants: 4 professionals in full time employment live in the house at the moment. 2 females and 2 males (Ireland, Spain and England x 2). They are in the same age group - around 28 years old.

The existing tenants get on with each other.
