Large double with en suite in spacious modern flat

Hello,

We are looking for a flatmate to move in on 1st September 2026 to live with Callum and Harrison in our beautiful and spacious, fully furnished flat. The en suite room is £900pm including council tax and service charge, excluding other bills.

Harrison and Callum, late 20s/ early 30s, work in government/ PR and we are looking for a social, tidy flatmate to join our friendly, homely flat.

The flat is a 10 min walk from Camberwell centre, 15 mins walk from Elephant and Castle tube and Kennington tube stations (Northern and Bakerloo lines). There are also lots of buses which stop pretty much outside the house which can take you all over London. Just opposite is Burgess Park which is a really nice park to chill in the summer and Tesco's and Morrisons are very close. Camberwell is just next to Brixton and has lots of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

The flat is spacious and light with large windows. There are 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large open plan kitchen/ dining/ living room and a balcony. The available room is large and includes big built in wardrobes, chest of drawers, double bed, a desk and an en suite. The flat is on the 2nd floor with a lift taking you up to the first floor, then stairs up to the 2nd.
