HUGE bright room to sublet for September

Ideally it's for short term sublet only. If you want to stay long-term, you'll need to negotiate it with the landlady and it won't be my responsibility. It would be ideal for anyone who's new to London and need a place to start with. You can quarantine here while looking for another longterm accommodation.

The room is really spacious with all furnitures provided: double bed, nightstand, shelf, built-in shelf, desk, office chair, full-size mirror, 2 wardrobes, and a small stool. It's on the top floor with great sunlight throughout the day. You'll be sharing the kitchen and the bathroom with two guys both professionals working normal M-F 9-5pm jobs outside of the flat. They are easy to communicate with if you ever have any problems.

The flat is located in a quiet neighborhood but only a stone throw away from Camden High Street. There are 4 grocery stores within walking distance (Aldi's, Lidl, M&S, Sainsbury). It's also very close to all kinds of transportation, there are buses right around the corner, Mornington Crescent tube station within 5 minutes walk, and 13 minute walk to St Pancras.

The rent is reduced to £175 per week since it's only a sublet for September. However, if you want to continue to rent the flat you can renegotiate the rent with the landlady. Bills are not included but it should come to £30 most for the whole month.

There is a £100 deposit just to secure the room from me if you are staying for the whole month, which will be returned to you at the end of the month.
